The hotel offers spacious rooms perfect for families with toddlers but lacks closets and phones. The quiet atmosphere was a plus, although some rooms face the front side near the supermarket car park. The service was friendly but had minor hiccups with keycard registration. The location is ideal for sightseeing or using the local bus service, just across the river from the old city. The dining experience, typical of an ibis Styles, could use more hot food variety. Overall, a convenient stay for work but not the best choice for city trips in Konstanz.
